Northgate plc is the leading light commercial vehicle rental business in both the UK and Spain. Their core business is flexible vehicle rental, which gives customers the ultimate freedom in managing their vehicle fleet without a long-term commitment.

In 1981, Alan Noble founded his first vehicle rental business (namely Noble Self Drive). Over many years, Northgate has become the largest commercial vehicle rental business in Europe with a vehicle fleet totalling 110,000 operating from over 80 locations in the UK and more than 30 in Spain and Southern Ireland.

In his spare time, Alan is a director of Tees Valley Regeneration. He is married to Anna and has two children, Joshua and Harriet.
